My approach is rooted in creating timeless, heartfelt photographs while also providing a calm, organized, and seamless experience from start to finish. Your engagement session is a relaxed, fun opportunity for us to connect before the wedding day. You’ll get a feel for how I guide you through posing, work with natural light, and capture authentic moments that feel true to you.

By the time the wedding day arrives, you’ll already feel comfortable in front of the camera, confident in how you move and interact together, and far less nervous about being photographed — allowing you to fully enjoy the day as it unfolds.

You’ll also walk away with a beautiful gallery of images perfect for save the dates, your wedding website, guest book, and heirloom prints.

Remembering Your Day

Wedding Albums

There is something incredibly meaningful about creating your first family heirloom. While digital images are wonderful to have and share, a printed album allows your wedding day to live beyond a screen — thoughtfully preserved as a tangible story you can return to for generations.

Your included Wedding Album is a 12” x 12” lay-flat album featuring 50 pages printed on high-end matte photo paper, with thick, seamless spreads and a linen cover finished with elegant, debossed foiled lettering. Each album is crafted to showcase your images beautifully and stand the test of time. You can learn more about Wedding Albums here.

Guest Book Albums are a thoughtful addition to your wedding day experience. Designed using images from your engagement session, your guest book will be displayed on your wedding day for friends and family to sign. The included Guest Book Album is a 12” x 12” 20-page linen album, intentionally designed with generous white space for meaningful notes and well-wishes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: We love your work and want to book? What is the next step?

A: Amazing! After we have a 30 minute consultation call and we both feel we are a great mutual fit, I will create a custom proposal for you to review. When you’re ready, you will be able to sign the contract and pay the retainer online via credit card. One third of the total cost is due at the time of booking to secure your date, one third is due halfway, and the final third is due a month before your wedding. Please note: your date will not be held for you until the first retainer payment is made!

Q: How many photos do we receive in our full gallery?

A: You will receive approximately 75-100 images per hour of coverage. You will have the ability to print, share, and download your images as much as you want via your password protected online gallery. No watermarks, no extra download charges.

Q: Do all collections include an engagement session?

A: Yes, every wedding collection includes a complimentary engagement session. This 1.5 hour sunset session takes place on a weekday within one hour of where I am located in Fanwood, NJ and includes an outfit change if you can’t narrow down your attire!

Q: Do we have to use our complimentary engagement session?

A: I encourage my couples to take advantage of their engagement session! This gives us a chance to get to know one another, and so you can get comfortable posing in front of the camera. It’s important you feel confident and relaxed on your wedding day, and the engagement session helps build trust so you can focus on enjoying the moment.

Q: When can we expect to receive our wedding photos?

A: You will receive a select number of sneak peeks within a few days of your wedding, and your full wedding gallery within 8 weeks. Your online gallery will be available to you for one year after your wedding.

Q: Do we really need a second photographer?

A: Having a second photographer helps provide a more complete picture (no pun intended) of your day. The larger the wedding, the more beneficial it is to have one. My second shooters have a similar shooting style to me, but I will edit all of your photos myself to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across the entire gallery.

Q: Is the retainer refundable?

A: All payments are non-refundable — however, they are transferable. In the event you need to postpone your wedding date, you are able to put your retainer towards the new date, as long as I am available.

Q: Do your prices include tax and/or travel fees?

A: Yes, all prices include tax. There is an additional travel fee for weddings that are farther than one hour from where I am located in Fanwood, NJ. If your wedding ends later than 10:00pm and I’m more than sixty miles away from home, I do require one night’s hotel stay to be covered. In most cases, I am more than happy to stay in the hotel where you have reserved rooms for out-of-town guests.

Q: What equipment do you shoot with and are you insured?

A: I shoot with Canon equipment and always have backup gear on hand, just in case! I have full liability insurance — the request for a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue must be made no later than 60 days before your wedding date.
