Garden-Inspired Estate Wedding at Hamilton Farm Golf Club

Gladstone, New Jersey

Kim and Ross’s wedding day at Hamilton Farm Golf Club was the perfect reflection of their relationship: warm, intentional, and full of love. From the moment the day began, it was clear just how much care and heart went into every detail.

These two first crossed paths in the summer of 2017 at Ninety Acres, the very restaurant where Ross had worked for several summers and where Kim, newly enrolled in grad school, was looking for a part-time job. Encouraged by her twin sister Jen, Kim went to apply in person. And there Ross was, standing behind the bar in a green apron, and their story officially began. A rainy day and a spontaneous trip to the mall later, their first unofficial date was in motion. As Kim puts it, “I guess this means I made the first move?”

Their connection came easily, and it didn’t take long before Kim knew Ross was the one — she even told her mom early on that she would marry him someday. Though they’d grown up nearby and shared mutual friends, their paths had never crossed until the timing was just right.

In November of 2023 Ross proposed to Kim in the most fitting and meaningful way, back where it all started. After a cooking class (and several pierogies), he got down on one knee outside Ninety Acres, surprising Kim with a photographer, her sister, and a cozy engagement celebration with loved ones at their favorite Jersey City spot, Satis Wine Bar.

Their wedding day at Hamilton Farm felt just as personal and heartfelt. Despite some on-and-off rain in the forecast, the skies cleared in time for Kim and Ross to exchange vows outdoors in the very spot they had hoped for. Kim got ready in the charming bridal suite on-site, surrounded by her bridesmaids in marigold dresses. She shared an emotional first look with her father on the staircase, then met Ross for their own first look on the picturesque grounds of the estate.

Their ceremony was romantic and heartfelt, set against the elegant backdrop of the venue’s expansive golf course. During cocktail hour, Kim changed into a chic ponytail hairstyle for the reception, where the band kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. One of the most memorable moments? Taking portraits with the couple and Kim’s dad’s incredible Cadillac Eldorado — which also doubled as their getaway car to the afterparty.

Every detail of this day was beautifully thought out, and Kim truly brought her vision to life in such an intentional and stylish way. It was such a joy to be part of this celebration and witness the love these two share. Congratulations to Kim and Ross, what an unforgettable start to your forever!
