What a beautiful evening with Trisha and Kenny at Divine Park and Spring Lake Beach. We started their session among the lush greenery and charming footbridges of the park, before heading to the beach just in time for that golden hour glow.
Trisha and Kenny’s story began on Hinge, and it didn’t take long for sparks to fly. Their first date was dinner at Zapata in Sparkill, where their connection was just as easy and natural in person as it had been over text. Trisha even showed up on time — a detail that still makes them both laugh — and later challenged Kenny to a game of spit. From that first night, Kenny knew she was the one.
When it came time to propose, Kenny waited until they were about to move into their new home. With their kitchen packed up, Trisha suggested they go out to dinner — and unknowingly gave Kenny the perfect opening. He set up his phone to record, then invited her to stop by the house to help move some boxes. When she walked upstairs, there he was, waiting with a ring and the easiest “yes” she’s ever said.
Together, these two love everything from skiing and snowboarding to card games and date nights at the movies. Whether they’re cooking together or cheering at a sporting event, it’s clear they truly love just being together.
I absolutely can’t wait to celebrate with them next May at Upper Montclair Country Club, it’s going to be such a special day for the sweetest couple!
