Autumn Waterfront Wedding at The Liberty Warehouse NYC

New York, New York

A wedding celebration many years in the making! I feel like I had been counting down the days until Jenna and Ryan’s special day for so long, and it was surreal that it was finally here. Since diving into their wedding planning journey, Jenna has become a staple in the wedding TikTok world. She shares valuable content for future brides who are planning their wedding and looking for tips, tricks, and inspiration. I love working with Jenna because she is super creative and has a vision for everything — which is so fun to help bring to life!

As for Jenna and Ryan as a couple, they are college sweethearts! As Jenna tells it, “We met at the University of Delaware in 2015 in the Chick-fil-a line. We lived in the same freshman dorm but never crossed paths until sophomore year. We ran into each other multiple times on campus and our interest in each other was piqued, but ultimately we were connected through mutual friends. We hit it off right away, going to fraternity events, sharing our passion for food at all the best restaurants, and spending countless hours together. We said “I love you” after dating for only two weeks and were sure about each other right away. We have been together for seven years.”

Jenna’s ring is absolutely stunning — a cushion cut diamond with a pave white gold band. “I had Pinterest boards with all different types of rings, which I thought were all beautiful so I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but I couldn’t be happier with the ring Ryan got me. It was a total surprise; we did not pick it out together.”

Together these two recently bought a house together in the New Jersey suburbs and love diving into home renovations, watching tv shows, shooting content for Jenna’s social media, watching TikToks, and preparing dinner over a bottle of red wine.

When Jenna and Ryan first started wedding planning, choosing their venue was a no brainer. “A sorority sister of mine got married there Labor Day Weekend of 2021! We saw her photos and were gawking at the views, and when we checked out where it was and saw it was only 15 mins from our Brooklyn apartment we knew we needed to see it. We knew it was the one in the first few minutes!” Liberty Warehouse was the perfect setting to bring their special day to life, complete with stunning views of both the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan.

From start to finish, everything about this Brooklyn celebration was picture perfect, and truly a joy to capture. Jenna wore not one, not two, but three gorgeous gowns throughout the day! Their sunset waterfront ceremony overlooking the East River was full of so much love and emotion, and the most beautiful way to officially begin this next chapter of Jenna and Ryan’s love story. I couldn’t be happier for the new Mr. and Mrs. Bliss!
