Lily and Kyle’s wedding day at Bear Brook Valley was the kind of summer celebration you dream about — warm sunshine, heartfelt moments, and a dance floor that didn’t stop all night long. These two first met at just 17 years old, when they were paired as a bridesmaid and groomsman in Lily’s cousin’s wedding. What began as a serendipitous pairing soon blossomed into something much more, and now, nearly eight years later, they returned to the altar — this time as bride and groom.
Their engagement story is as romantic as it gets. Kyle proposed during a private sailboat ride in Mykonos, Greece, having spent six months planning every thoughtful detail. From florals that included lilies (a nod to her name) to having her family waiting at the dock to celebrate afterward, it was an unforgettable moment that perfectly set the tone for the love and intention woven throughout their wedding day.
When their August wedding was finally here, the forecast had threatened rain but the skies cleared and delivered exactly what Lily and Kyle had been hoping for — 75 and sunny, a true August miracle. Lily slipped into her stunning Martina Liana gown in the light-filled Silo Suite while Kyle got ready with his closest friends and family downstairs. Their emotional first look on the bridge was a highlight of the day, made even sweeter when Kyle saw Lily and immediately said, “That is SUCH a Lily dress.”
The rest of the day unfolded just as beautifully. Their ceremony was filled with emotion, joy, and meaningful glances between two people who clearly share something incredibly special.
