Christine and Tim’s Central Park engagement session took place on one of those beautiful November days when the last of the fall leaves hold on just long enough to feel like magic. The air was crisp, the light was soft, and Central Park’s warm tones created the most stunning backdrop as we wandered through the pathways, bridges, and pockets of golden foliage.
Their story is full of humor and heart — the two like to jokingly debate who made the first move, but they both agree that everything fell into place quickly. After almost two years together, it’s easy to see why. Their connection is effortless, grounded in joy, and full of the kind of laughter that seems to show up everywhere they go.
Tim’s proposal could not have been sweeter. On a rainy morning in Hoboken, he asked Christine to take a walk along the waterfront before brunch, trying to calm his nerves from the excitement of what he was about to do. There, by the water, he proposed with an engraved lock featuring their names and date — a keepsake they attached to a nearby fence before celebrating with a surprise photo shoot and a party at City Bistro with their closest friends and family. Christine didn’t know the details, but she admits she was (very) impatiently waiting for the ring.
Now living on the Upper East Side, these two spend their days enjoying the simple things together: watching sports at bars, grabbing coffee at new spots, strolling through Central Park, or unwinding on the couch with Love Is Blind playing in the background.
Their engagement session felt like the perfect reflection of their life together — full of warmth, ease, and genuine joy. With the last bits of fall color still hanging on in Central Park, we captured such a beautiful glimpse into this season of their story.
