Fall Jockey Hollow Morristown Engagement

Morristown, New Jersey

|

Talk about a perfect fall day! Corinne and Josh’s engagement session at Jockey Hollow could not have been more quintessential New Jersey autumn — from the beautiful, soft sunlight to the glowing, golden leaves on the trees, it truly encompassed everything we love about this time of year!

Corinne and I have several mutual friends in the horse world (I rode for many years, and Corinne currently has a horse named Jameson) so it was so great to have the chance to finally work with her, and such a pleasure to meet Josh as well!

These two have been together now for two and a half years — they actually met when Josh’s sister Ashley set them up! Corinne first met Ashley through horses as well, and actually grew up in the same town.

Doing Corinne and Josh’s engagement photos at Jockey Hollow was all the more meaningful because they actually got engaged there! They recently bought a house a few towns over and frequently visit Jockey Hollow to go on hikes with their two dogs. This past August was no different — the two were on a hike when suddenly Josh popped the question! Corinne was so surprised, and absolutely in love with the ring (Josh didn’t even have any direction from her when picking it out).

These two will be tying the knot in May of 2021 at Waterloo Village, a restored 19th-century canal town in northwestern New Jersey.

In their spare time, Corinne and Josh love to design, plan, and work on their new home, as well as play with their dogs outside, spend time with their friends and family, and travel. Congratulations to this fun couple on their engagement and upcoming wedding!
