Ninety Acres at Natirar Rehearsal Dinner Portraits

As much as I love every single one of my wedding couples, there is just something so special about being a part of a friend’s special day — and when it’s two friends, it’s all the more special! I have been alongside Katie and Nick for basically their whole wedding planning journey; from Nick’s proposal to Katie in the midst of an unexpected winter bomb cyclone on the waterfront, to documenting Katie’s stunning bridal shower in Hoboken, to offering my opinions for many (many!) wedding day decisions, and finally standing alongside them at the altar as a bridesmaid (whilst nonstop sobbing) on the big day.

When Katie and Nick asked if I would shoot their rehearsal dinner, I basically couldn’t have said yes fast enough (in fact, I honestly just assumed I was). With rain unfortunately in the forecast for the actual wedding day, we decided to take portraits around their venue beforehand — and boy, Natirar did not disappoint. Also, these two are just insanely good-looking so they could have been standing in a sewer wearing trash bags and it still would have looked chic as hell. Shoutout to the amazing Manes by Mia and Michelle Stern Beauty for making Katie even more gorgeous than she already is.

I couldn’t be happier for these beautiful people, and am so looking forward to continuing to be constantly alongside them with a camera in hand for all of their major life milestones to come. I have known Katie since sixth grade and she has been a constant light in my life, and truly one of my most supportive and thoughtful friends. Nick is quite literally her ideal match, and together they are truly the perfect couple. I couldn’t be happier that one of my best friends has found her person — love you SO so much, Katie and Nick!
